"The Scout"
$ 105.00
Plains Indian Warriors were often selected at young ages, exhibiting special abilities, not only bravery, but also strength, stealth and instinct to track and hunt prey or search out enemy ahead of the main war parties. They often wore the skins of predators to camouflage and conceal, believing in the mystical powers of the animal.
"The Scout" is a memorial painting dedicated to Casey Whitedirt. Casey died in a tragic accident recently, leaving behind his three small children on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. Print proceeds from "The Scout", will be used to create an education fund for Casey's children.
