"The Sacred Place"

$ 125.00

Rising from the Smoky Hill River Valley in Western Kansas, are magnificent limestone formations called the "Monument Rocks". They were known by the Cheyenne Indians as "The Sacred Place", near where their ancient ritual of the Sun Dance was held. The Cheyenne often left spiritual tokens  at the "Monument Rocks", such as the buffalo skulls that Jerry placed atop the rocks, in "The Sacred Place".
